- Custom-built, specially designed, or heavy-duty products may require longer lead times. Customers will be informed of estimated delivery timelines during order processing.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order placement.
- For certain large products (such as weighbridges), freight charges will be borne either by the buyer or as per agreed contract terms.
